The 12th ULAKNET Workshop organized by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM was successfully held in Antalya between 03-06 April 2018.

The workshop was organized with a total of 3 institutions, 79 Universities, TÜBİTAK BİLGEM KSM, TODAİE, Atatürk Culture, Language and History Institute, and 218 participants.

The main topics on the workshop agenda were "ULAKNET Overview", "ULAKBIM Academic Cloud (OpenStack) Services", "How to Implement ISO27001", "Cloud Experiences in Distance Education", "University Applications", "Different DNS Solution (NSD, Unbound)", "Wireless Network Technologies", "Campus Applications", "Open Source Antispam Technologies and Sample Configuration", "Network Security with Free Software". The presentations were followed by a question and answer session.

On the last day of the workshop, ULAKNET End Manager meeting was held and the workshop ended with an "Evaluation and Closing" session.
