Developed as part of the University IT Infrastructure Project, ULAKMON has been launched as a next-generation monitoring and notification service that enables universities to monitor their critical IT services through a centralized platform.

Developed by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM to support the continuity of universities’ digital infrastructure and contribute to the uninterrupted operation of critical services, ULAKMON enables the monitoring of core services within universities’ IT infrastructure through a centralized platform.

Thanks to ULAKMON, universities can continuously monitor critical components—such as web services, servers, DNS services, TCP ports, and SSL/TLS certificates—through a single platform. The system supports IT teams in taking swift action by providing real-time notification mechanisms for potential access issues, performance drops, and possible outages in services.
