As part of International Open Access Week, celebrated worldwide from October 19–25, 2026, a symposium will be held on October 22, 2026, hosted by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM.

Open Access Practices and New Processes at DergiPark During the morning sessions of the symposium; the morning sessions of the symposium will focus on national and international developments in the field of open access, open access publishing agreements, data management plans, institutional open archives, and national infrastructures.

During the afternoon sessions, the newly developed “DergiPark Article Process Management System“ will be introduced, and conceptual changes, editors’ responsibilities, and practical applications will be discussed.

We invite researchers, academics, editors, librarians, research support staff, and all stakeholders interested in the field of open science to our event.
