TUBITAK Open Archive
TÜBİTAK Open Archive, is an institutional platform created to preserve scientific outputs arising from projects supported by public resources in digital environment for a long time and to share them with open access. The archive, which provides centralized access to articles, datasets and other scientific materials produced by researchers, directly contributes to the dissemination of open science policies in Turkey. By 2025, the process of moving the system infrastructure to open source InvenioRDM technology has been initiated.

HARMON
HARMAN, is a national metadata collation service that makes the open access archives of universities and research institutions in Turkey accessible from a single point. Working with the OAI-PMH protocol, HARMAN provides a centralized access interface by collecting the contents of different institutional archive systems in a standardized format. As of 2024, the number of institutions registered in the system has reached 173and the number of publications open for access has reached nearly 4 million. The system is also compatible with the YÖK Open Archive System.

MagazinePark
DergiPark, is a national platform that provides an open access, digital publishing infrastructure for academic peer-reviewed journals in Turkey. It enables transparent and fast management of editorial and refereeing processes and supports journals to comply with international standards. As of 2024, it hosts approximately 2,537 journals and more than 728,000 articles and increases ease of access with its newly developed mobile application. DergiPark is also integrated with platforms such as OpenAIRE, EBSCO and Google Scholar.

TRDizin
TRDizin, is a national citation database that evaluates and indexes Turkey-based scientific journals and monitors publication quality and impact. As of 2024, the index includes 1,741 journals and approximately 610,000 articles. TR Index, which provides special bibliometric analysis reports for institutions, aims to increase the impact of publications by integrating with external open citation data. In 2024, it served 2.7 million users.
