TR Dizin Editor’s Handbook
The Editor’s Handbook is a comprehensive guide designed for editors, editorial board members, and academics working in the field of scholarly journal publishing. Authored by international publishing consultant and former president of the European Association of Science Editors (EASE), Pippa SMART, the handbook was developed by INASP and translated into Turkish in collaboration with Trakya University and TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM. Evaluation of TÜBİTAK’s UBYT Program for Supporting International Scientific Publications Affiliated with Türkiye
The UBYT Evaluation Report analyzes the impact, effectiveness and potential for improvement of the UBYT program carried out between 1997 and 2015. The study, prepared by Prof. Dr. Yaşar Tonta from Hacettepe University, examines the impact of the incentives given to international publications with Turkish addresses on numerical increase, scientific quality and visibility with bibliometric data; support policies and payment systems are evaluated in detail.
