TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM Regional training seminars were organized for researchers, authors and journal editors to increase the quality and international awareness of scientific periodicals and scientific publication preparation and publishing procedures, and to share solutions to the problems that may be encountered in these processes.
The first edition was held on March 4, 2015 at Hacettepe University in Ankara with the participation of 375 editors and researchers.
