What is the TÜBİTAK Corporate Archive? (https://aperta.ulakbim.gov.tr/)

Any presentation or publication (articles, books, papers, theses, dissertations, etc.) containing the results of projects carried out/completed with TÜBİTAK support and their research data) and their research data, TÜBİTAK-addressed publications produced by employees working in TÜBİTAK related units and institutes and their research data, Turkey-addressed publications that have received incentives from UBYT and their research data, and data belonging to publications made within the scope of the Turkish National e-Science e-Infrastructure (TRUBA) project and research data belonging to these publications, It will serve as an Archive where the articles published in TÜBİTAK Academic Journals and the research data of these articles are stored, preserved, managed, scanned and accessed free of charge for a long time within an appropriate database structure.

It will gather TÜBİTAK's intellectual accumulation together in a digital environment and strengthen the control of the Institution over research results.

  • Projects funded by TUBITAK;
  • Full text of final reports (mandatory)
  • Research data (metadata: mandatory - all data: voluntary)
  • Author copies of publications produced from the project (mandatory)
  •   Types of publications: articles, patents, papers, linked supplementary files and other
  • Publications funded by UBYT
  • Author copies (mandatory)
  • Research data (volunteer)
  • Publications produced by TÜBİTAK and its subunits with TÜBİTAK address

Research Data Management Survey Report (PDF)

TÜBİTAK -ULAKBİM continues to work with the aim of providing free access to scientific publications and data supported by public resources; making these publications and data available through institutional digital archives; and establishing the policies, strategies, legislation, standards and software infrastructures required for open access applications.

In this context, TÜBİTAK Open Archive studies were initiated, and a survey was planned to form the basis for these studies and to determine the attitudes, behaviors and knowledge levels of researchers regarding Open Data. The survey questions were prepared by Dr. Güleda Doğan and Dr. Zehra Taşkın from Hacettepe University Faculty of Letters, Department of Information and Document Management, who specialize in research data management. The survey was sent to 37,223 people by ULAKBIM using the "Academics" list from the users registered in ARBIS and the Lime Survey application. The survey results were reported by Dr. Güleda Doğan and Dr. Zehra Taşkın.
