Scientific research has moved beyond national borders. For many large research projects, it has become necessary to process very large amounts of data from devices or computer modeling in other countries on high-performance distributed computing infrastructures with high-speed networks. EGI-InSpire projectaims to continue the transformation for the sustainability of the European grid infrastructure created by the EGEE projects.
