TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM organized regional training seminars for researchers, authors and journal editors on scientific publication preparation, publishing procedures, increasing the quality of scientific periodicals and international awareness, and sharing solutions to the problems that may be encountered in these processes.
The second edition was held on March 26, 2015 at ITU Mustafa Kemal Amphitheater in Istanbul with the participation of 300 editors and researchers.
