TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM Regional training seminars were organized for researchers, authors and journal editors to increase the quality and international awareness of scientific periodicals and scientific publication preparation and publishing procedures, and to share solutions to the problems that may be encountered in these processes.
Within this framework, the fourth edition was held on April 27, 2015 at the University, Culture and Art House, Izmir with the participation of 79 editors and researchers.
