TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM Cahit Arf Center carries out studies on information products and services, and subscriptions to national and international e-information resources are made available to researchers. Within the scope of the Electronic Resources National Academic License (EKUAL), these subscriptions are made available to all universities in Turkey and the TRNC, Training and Research Hospitals affiliated to the Ministry of Health, and TÜBİTAK and its affiliated institutes. In addition, subscriptions are also made to specific e-information resources for the services provided by TÜBİTAK and its affiliated institutes and research and development areas.
On-site and distance education activities are carried out for TÜBİTAK researchers in order to ensure more efficient and faster use of subscribed e-information resources and research solutions and to provide information about new product features in order to enable our institutes and units affiliated to TÜBİTAK, which serve the sustainable development and improvement processes within the scope of our country's science, industry and technology policies, to carry out academic and industrial research and development activities more effectively and quickly.
Within the scope of the training series carried out in cooperation with ULAKBIM - Elsevier Publishing House, "Elsevier Scientific Research and Resource Solutions Training" was held on Thursday, 28.06.2018, between 10:00 - 12:30 at the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology TÜBİTAK Service Building Conference Hall.

- It was determined as a brief introduction of ULAKBIM information products and services.
The training was organized with the participation of 68 researchers from different TÜBİTAK Units.
