The delegation of the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) visited TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM on February 15, 2023 as part of cooperation negotiations.

ISC President Prof. Dr. Seyed Ahmad Fazelzadeh Haghighi, Dr. Mohammed Reza Falahati Qadimi Fumani (Office of Public Relations and International Scientific Cooperation), ISC Turkey Delegate Prof. Dr. Tuncay Döğeroğlu (ISC Executive Committee Members), M. Mirat SATOĞLU, Director of TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM experts attended the meeting.

Following the presentations introducing the services and activities carried out by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and ISC, cooperation issues within the scope of similar services were evaluated. During the meeting, the topics of sharing journal data, contributing to index contents, organizing conferences, workshops and trainings for interested parties, and participating in joint academic, scientific and technological events were discussed.

As an international center, ISC carries out cooperation activities to create a scientific network between Southeast Asia, Arab countries, African Islamic countries, ISESCO member countries, countries in Central Asia and the Caucasus region, and other Islamic countries in the Middle East, Europe and South America, indexing and ranking qualified journals published in different subject areas and in different languages according to international scientific indicators. It organizes various scientific and technological reports from universities in different countries, especially in the Islamic world, as well as incentive workshops on research activity.
