The IXth ULAKNET Workshop will be held at Aydın Kuşadası Tusan Beach Resort Hotel between 26 - 29 April 2015 with the contributions of Dokuz Eylül University. Organization preparations are underway.
The schedule to be followed for the preparations to be made before the event is as follows:
- March 18 - March 27, 2015: Receiving and discussing presentation requests on ulak-y and ulak-technical lists.
- 27 March - 3 April 2015: Evaluation of the collected requests by ULAKBIM and announcement of the draft program.
- 6 April - 17 April 2015: Submission of the presentations included in the program to ULAKBIM, preparation of the presentations after the joint evaluation of the presenters and ULAKBIM officials.
- April 17, 2015 : Closing of workshop registrations and announcement of the workshop program.
