Hayrettin BUCAK has been working as Deputy Director (Technical) of TÜBİTAK National Academic Network and Information Center (ULAKBIM) since 2014. He received his bachelor's degree from Ankara University, Department of Astronomy and Space Sciences in 1999 and his master's degree from Khoja Ahmet Yesevi International Turkish-Kazakh University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 2020.
Hayrettin BUCAK has worked in the Network Technologies Unit at TÜBİTAK ULAKBIM between 2001 and 2014. As a Researcher, Project Manager, he has worked and worked in various roles in national and international projects in the field of informatics and research infrastructures. Born in 1972 in Heessen, Germany, Hayrettin BUCAK is married with three children and is fluent in English and German.
