The ninth annual ULAKNET Workshop was held in Kuşadası between April 26-29, 2015 with the contributions of TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and Dokuz Eylül University.

The workshop, which aimed to bring together IT managers and staff of educational and research institutions with a National Academic Network (ULAKNET) connection, was attended by 274 participants from 108 different institutions.

The event, which started with the opening speeches of Dokuz Eylül University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Halil Köse and TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM Director M. Mirat Satoğlu, contributed to discussing the current needs of ULAKNET user institutions, introducing newly developed services and enabling users to come together and share information on various issues.

This year's program included different sessions on "Wireless Network", "University Infrastructures", "Turkish National e-Science e-Infrastructure and Cloud", "PARDUS", "Campus Applications" and "Security".
