25 Years of Internet in Turkey...
We live in an era called the “Information Age”, where information is produced at a very high speed and spread at a similar rate. There is no limit for production and spread of information. The Internet has recently been an easy, quick, cheap and safe way to access and share information. A journey to reach resources of information involves overcoming obstacles of time and distance and collaborating.
“The Internet is Life"
The Internet creates an environment to mutually share information and have discussions with other users. We are celebrating the Week of Internet from 9 to 22 April.
It would be an opportunity for us to remember Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Akgül, who had invested great effort to advance the Internet in Turkey.
