SCOAP3, which was established to centralize the money paid by countries and institutions to existing High Energy Physics (HEP) journals and to make the HEP articles in these journals open access, and of which TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM is a member and representative on behalf of Turkey, started to make books in the field of HEP open access last September. In this context, four books of World Scientific publishing house were first made available for open access.
CERN, which runs the SCOAP3 organization, included Taylor&Francis publishing house in this initiative after World Scientific publishing house and made 17 books of the publishing house available for open access. A total of 21 books can be accessed through the publishers' website. The mentioned books have also been uploaded to Portico.
