SCOAP3, of which TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM is a member and representative on behalf of Turkey, is an international consortium established to centralize the money paid by countries and institutions to existing High Energy Physics (HEP) journals and to make the articles in these journals available for open access.
CERN runs SCOAP3, an organization that makes important texts freely available to support scientific research worldwide. Since September 2021, CERN has made 8 books from World Scientific and 18 books from Taylor&Francis open access.
