The Implementation Procedures and Principles of the International Scientific Publications Incentive (UBYT) Program for 2026 have been updated and the relevant information can be accessed at UBYT .
Under the 2026 UBYT Program;
- Applications can only be submitted for the database index year and until the end of the following year following the index year (no month calculation is made). Applications outside of this period will not be evaluated.
- “TÜBİTAK ARDEB Publication Incentive Coefficient” has been abolished.

MEPb 1.5 41,000 TL
MEPc 2.0 TL 44,000
MEPd: 3.0 55,000 TL
Additional Information:
- MEPe for SCI Journals: 0.6, MEPe for SSCI Journals: 0.25 and MEPe for AHCI Journals does not apply.
- For AHCI journals without a MEP score, a fixed incentive of 5,500 TL is applied. AHCI journals with a MEP score below this value are also paid 5,500 TL.
- The lower limit of the amount of incentives that can be given to an author is 1,400 TL.
- An author can submit 10 submissions in a publication year, with a maximum of 5 submissions for publications with a MEP score below 1.0.
