Turkey Address International Scientific Publications Incentive Program (UBYT) 2018 Journal list has been prepared according to the current UBYT Program Implementation Procedures and Principles and presented for the information of our researchers and academicians. (Download 2018 Journal List)

As it is known, the TUBITAK International Scientific Publications with Turkish Address (UBYT) Program aims to increase the impact, visibility and quality of international scientific publications with Turkish addresses. With this program, which has been implemented since 1993, TÜBİTAK has created a very important awareness by encouraging international scientific publications, and the valuable work of our researchers has raised Turkey from 34th to 18th place in the international scientific publication ranking with the contributions of the UBYT program.

In order to reconsider, evaluate and improve the UBYT program depending on the developing conditions, upon the request of ULAKBIM management, Prof. Dr. Yaşar TONTA, one of the lecturers of Hacettepe University, Department of Information and Document Management, has been appointed by "Evaluation of TUBITAK International Scientific Publication Incentive (UBYT) Program", a report was prepared. This study analyzed the data between 1997 and 2015, examined the program in all its aspects, compared it with similar practices in other countries and subjected it to a comprehensive evaluation.

Based on this study, evaluation meetings were held with the participation of Vice Rectors of R&D Universities, some faculty members and editors who received incentives from the UBYT Program in order to discuss the UBYT program in a multidimensional way, listen to suggestions and create a common mind.

In the light of these evaluations, our work on the new UBYT Program Implementation Procedures and Principles is ongoing and will be announced to the public following the completion of the work and the approval of the relevant boards.
