Members of the GNAT Artificial Intelligence Research Commission paid a visit to TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM on February 3, 2025 as part of their work program, and visited Türkiye's most powerful supercomputer ARF- ACC and TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM Data Center, which is critical for data-intensive computing.
The committee closely examined Türkiye's infrastructure in the field of artificial intelligence, big data and advanced computing technologies, and observed on site that ARF and ARF-ACC have a wide range of usage areas from scientific research to the defense industry, from advanced engineering simulations to artificial intelligence model trainings. The TRUBA team shared the contributions of high-performance computing (HPC) and big data processing facilities offered to researchers in Türkiye to the national innovation ecosystem.
These infrastructures, which guide Türkiye's digital and technological transformation, will continue to shape the future of our science and industry ecosystem.
