Samsun hosts Pardus and Open Source Days

“Pardus Open Source Days”, organized by İlkadım District Directorate of National Education and Samsun Anatolian High School by signing a protocol with TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and Association for Internet Technologies , has been successfully completed.

Starting with the slogan “Pardus for Freedom” to popularize our national operating system Pardus, Dr. Necdet YÜCEL from Çanakkale 18 Mart University, Gülşah KÖSE, Computer Engineer and Libre Office Developer, Canberk KOÇ, Computer Engineer, Şenol ALDIBAŞ and Enes KIDIK from TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, and İbrahim Paşa AKÇA, Pardus Trainer from Samsun Anatolian High School, trained 150 students invited from 49 high schools on  Pardus, Open Source, and Philosophy of Free Software.
