As part of 2023 Education Vision, Efforts to develop curricula for education of individuals having special talents are carried out at TUBİTAK ULAKBİM in cooperation with the Directorate General for Special Education and Guidance Services of Ministry of National Education.
According to data of 2019 December, There are 909 journals, 410 thousand 885 scientific articles and 255 thousand 946 registered users in DergiPark. While these numbers increase daily, DergiPark has brought new criteria for the application and hosting conditions in order to prevent inappropriate use. In five years, 704 journals which did not comply with these conditions were removed and technical infrastructure has been strengthened accordingly.
Version 19.1 of Pardus, still being improved by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, has been released. Pardus 19.1 is the first interim version of the Pardus 19 family.
The Open Access Week is celebrated all around the world and in our country between 22-28 October with many activities to call attention to topics like open access, open science, open data and other related topics, and expand awareness.
“7th National Open Science Conference and OpenAIRE Advance Workshop” will be held in Ege University, Atatürk Kültür Merkezi, Konak, İzmir on November 19-20, 2019 with the cooperation of TÜBİTAK, Council of Higher Education and Hacettepe University, and will be hosted by İzmir Advanced Technology Institute (İYTE).
In addition to being the most comprehensive full-text database, Turkey’s largest refereed database TR Index continues its leadership in the field by gaining the Citation Database title with its newly added features.
