From 22 to 25 November 2021, TUBITAK ULAKBIM participated in the ANKOSLink 2021 International Conference organized by the Anatolian University Libraries Consortium (ANKOS). Over 400 librarians, information professionals, information managers, and publishers attended the conference, which had the theme of "New Generation Solutions in Digital Knowledge Structures."
TUBITAK ULAKBIM is rapidly continuing its projects to transform the ULAKNET national academic network into an education and research network with its fiber-optic infrastructure to provide Turkish researchers with a flexible and sustainable electronic infrastructure high capacity national and international connections compatible with new technologies.
TUBITAK organized the "Aperta Turkey Open Archive Promotion Event" within the International Open Science Week framework, celebrated this year under the theme "Building Structural Equality in Open Access to Information." The President of TUBITAK, Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal, attended the event as a keynote speaker.
The consortium of European partners, led by the University of Luxembourg, was supported by EuroHPC JU to create the first pan-European master's program in High-Performance Computing (HPC).
The Turnitin Summit MENAT 2021 was held online on November 8 and 9, where Turnitin executives and guest speakers from the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey shared their knowledge, views, and expertise on the latest changes in education.
